This is Philadelphia’s mural map, philamural, and it was created to help you get better aquatinted with the city and its murals. You can use it to set out on your own self guided neighborhood mural tour, or you can quickly use it to see what murals are where. Also, and equally important, philamural is an interactive mural archive. New murals are going up and older murals (unfortunately) sometimes come down, and I encourage and welcome you to get involved with philamural’s viability. With that, if you know of any mural being created, removed, or not yet included on the map ~ please let us know. Also, you might have already noticed that this map is missing some of its mural pics. So if you are in the area, please send in a picture and include the mural’s location/address and whatever other info you might have (eg. title, artist(s), etc.) and we’ll update the map. Also, if you’d appreciate some recognition, be sure to include your name with the rest of this info in the Post Mural Info page and you’ll be included as a contributor.

Note: if you’re submitting the image through the Post Mural Info page please create a link of your picture through the Imgur website and submit the link — otherwise, please email the pic with the mural info to philamural@gmail.com.
